Overall disappointing, expected better shave

The blades are set back too far from the edge. Very difficult to shave close under nose. I do not find shaving above my lips to give a close shave. Hairs are missed. Same issue using for sideburns. Difficult to gauge how close you are to bottom of sideburns. The recommended circular motion does not appear better, in fact seems to miss some hairs. Disappointed Product did not come with charging/storage stand. Cleaning is easy. Trim blade is wider and better than old model.
