Many great features on this shaver.

This shaver was given as a gift. Previous shaver was a Phillips 6000 series. Provided many years of service however finally became too tired to continue. New 8000 is great. Has come a long way from the old 6. Thank you.

One super electric shaver

Best shaver I've ever used. As close as using a razor. Although it has a symbol on it for shaving in a circular motion, and turns red if you don't, I do that and go in a straight line against the grain. So to speak My wife has been using on her legs, also, and is impressed with how close it shaves. The nose hair attachment does a pretty good job,too. It is on the more expensive side, but I think well worth the price.

Very Disappointed

This Model S9502 was proided as a waranty replacement for my previous model; however, except for the first week or two of use it has some of the identical problems such as inability to cut hairs on the upper lip or close to the nose which have an irregular growth patterns. Knowing of these problems with my previous model I was hoping that Philips would provide a replacement shaver that could overcome these issues, but this was not the case.

Best electric I have ever tried

I had previously been using a Braun shaver and had never tried any type of rotary. I have a tough beard and use electric shavers on my "lazy days", using a blade most of the time. I was pleasantly surprised by this shaver. It gives me a smooth, gentle, and close shave, almost as close as a blade, but without the hassle of lathering up and all of the work that goes with that.

Works well and no fuss

This shaver is the best I've had. Quiet and shaves long stubble without fuss. No going over areas multiple times. Only thing is the app keeps saying I must shave in tighter circles, but it shaves well any which way.
