Not as expected

When cheese melts, it gets messy. It gets so hot on the outside area. Must be extra careful when opening not to get burnt. Unfortunately, I had some family health issues and was not able to return within time frame..

The BOMB quesadilla maker!!!!!!

I just got through making the best chicken quesadillas ever, after 2 not so good attempts. The trick is to allow the "Flour" tortillas and cheese to get room temperature. In oil of your choosing brown some onions, orange and yellow peppers, Taco seasoning and other spices until well marinated, then put in your seasoned and cubed chicken breasts and before the chicken is done put in your tomato and jalapeños sauce with your blk beans and corn. Put both tortillas, with a little margarine on the sides that touches the plates until they get a nice color. Remove the top tortilla and spoon out the pot ingredients, minus the juice and top with cheese. Put the top tortilla back in its place and wait. Spread a little sour cream on top when done and Oooh, this was so good that I couldn't resist telling the process. You couldn't tell me that I wasn't Mexican. The quesadilla maker and its flexible latch allowed for the extra ingredients and it browned nicely. This machine is an awesome invention!
