Unique casual sweater

I am 5, 2in and about 109 lbs. I ordered the brown sweater pxs. It fit very well and is really pretty. The stitching looks great. I am happy with my purchase.

Sleeves were way too long for a Petite size

This is really cute but the sleeves were even longer than a regular size. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

Do better on quality control

Bought the regular first, it fits well and I like it, found that there is a petite one available so I bought it as well. Just got the package today and compared these two, XS and Pxs, no big difference on the length, the petit one maybe 1/4 inch shorter, really makes no difference when putting it on. The sleeves however, is about 2 inch long than the regular one and cover my hand completely, how? Should a petite person expected to be shorter with a very long arm? Also, the petite one comes with an extra button while the regular one does not. Do better.
