Picture does not match item received.

I ordered this product thinking it would look like the picture. I received product, nothing like picture. I contacted customer service. A replacement was sent. Still NOT item pictured. Don't buy this one expecting it to look like picture.

The item received is a knotted chain, unfortunately for me, I was focused on the item pictured which is not a knotted chain. The item received is nice, it just doesn't match the item pictured.
