Shipping Request IGNORED!!!

These were ordered with expedited shipping and MACY's sent them Standard, causing us to go out and buy replacement items that were not the first choice. MACY's was contacted when we saw it marked wrong and said there was nothing they could do. They also REFUSED to refund the shipping fee at the store when we had to return the item due to not receiving it on time. They also DID NOT RESPOND to efforts online to help and refund the shipping fee. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
