Not for cold days

Very nice boots but did not keep feet warm during the recent cold snowy days. Feet started to feel cold after about 30 mins of being outside wirh them on.

Frustrating

I ordered the shoes on 02/14/2025. I never received the shoes. After several calls to customer service, I was advised on 03/01/2025 that the shoes amount will get credited back to the credit card in 3-5 business days. Frustrating!

This boot looks like plastic. So disappointed that Macy's would sale this. Was going to return but was needed immediately. Will never purchase this brand again.
