  • Dirty and used.
  • Opened juicer and thankfully took it apart to clean before use. It had been used previously! Dry food in the grates and very clearly attempted to clean. Bought a new one elsewhere and realized the original from Macy’s was even missing the protective wrap

Do not buy

Unfortunately, it doesn’t extract juice properly. Too much juice is lost in the pulp, so the yield is quite low.

Very happy with the machine,separates the pulp from the juice nicely. You can decide exactly what goes into your juice.Easy to use and to clean. A little noisy but not unreasonabley. Overall good value for money.
