Extremely disappointed

I decided to buy this after missing my original rotisserie that I purchased from HSN 10 years ago, this does not live up to the hype I tried to cook a 6 lb whole chicken and the spinner would not turn to rotate the chicken. The chicken kept tilting on one side, I made the adjustments and it still would not rotate. unfortunately my dinner was ruined and I had to clean this Appliance and return it back to Macy's.
