Never received

Ordered on 1/20/26 with express shipping for 1-3 business days delivery. It is 5 days later and have NOT received it. Called customer service who stated should be received soon.

stitched closed!!!

I really like the style of the sweater and the fabric is soft. I was not happy that it arrived completely stitched shut. Right down the front by the buttons was very small stitches in a seam making it impossible to open. The only way to put it on was over your head!! I got out my seam ripper and removed the stitches! Not something I should have to do on a sweater advertised as “ front button closure”.
