Received a damaged, probably returned item

I was concerned when the package arrived and I could here rattling. The handle was detached and had scratched the kettle all over. The handle is held on by 4 screws with nuts, so it did not come apart during shipping. The nuts were inside the kettle and only 1 screw was in the box. Bad job, Macy's!

turns colors

After a few uses this pot turns a weird burnt color. I bought it to display on stove now I'm afraid to use it.

Warm Gray

I ordered this kettle in the warm gray, which was beautiful and perfectly matched the color scheme in my kitchen. However, within two weeks discoloration appeared around the outside of the kettle. It's turning an orange color and is spreading with each use. The kettle itself works perfectly, but I will be throwing this out and ordering a different brand.

concerned about chemical contamination

Very cute tea kettle but seemed cheaply made and after only 4 uses the bottom turned pink while heating Didnt feel it was safe to drink water heated in the kettle
