So far so good!

So far so good! I like this ice bucket for multiple reasons. It's spacious enough to hold two bottles of wine. It has a scoop so you can use it to hold ice for drinks, OR you can simply use it to keep the wine chilled. So far it works well for my hosting purposes.

I can’t comment on the products because they were sent to the bride and not me even though I wanted them sent to me. Extremely dissatisfied by this as they were only part of the gift I intended to give. I must retrieve them from the bride in order to complete my gift. How awkward. I will never shop at or deal with Macy’s ever again. Terrible customer service .

not delivered, don’t have it, waiting

Maybe it’s nice Have not received it yet. Customer service by phone is inept as it may take 3 tries and over an hour to get someone to help and not disconnect. I hate to leave my review for customer service here but there is no other way to do so with Macy’s. I’ve even mailed letters in the past to Macy’s headquarters and received no response so I’m left with the only option to leave it here I hope this comes someday soon.
