Not worth the money

I ordered the purse at Macys.com at the end of March 2025. Now in June of 2025 the zipper no longer holds together after being zipped. I called customer service because it has a warranty. That went nowhere. Now I have a worthless purse.

I returned it for good reasons

I was very disappointed about this purse it is flat and very small and there is a zipper on the bottom of the purse that if you were to unzip it it would rip up all your clothes under your arm as you hang it on your shoulder. Very poor design I returned it.
