What's wrong??

What's up with this item? I've ordered this in the camel color twice and my orders keep getting canceled because Macy's says it's out of stock. But the site never shows its out of stock. Can't really rate it because they won't let me buy it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Perfect color and checked every box

This bag checked all the boxes. It was perfect in every way. However the back straps were on the last hole possible and it just hung way too low. If I had the option to ask the manufacturer to make one more hole to shorten the back straps this bag would still be mine, I returned it.
