lovely tote, returned, no refund yet

I returned this lovely tote, it is a beautiful color. Has a more attractive style than most. UPS shows Macy's received it 12/15. But Macy's hasn't credited the purchase. I recommend the tote. I don't recommend Macy's refund system.

Straps to light for bag

Beautiful bag, but the straps are too thin for the size of the bag. I will probably have them replaced with sturdier leather.

The bag has a just a button lo lock the bag

I bought the blue navy, it was suppose to have a zip closure as per characteristics of the item, but instead it has just a button to lock. Personally I don't like the bags that close with just a button. As a mother I always carry many things and I need a zip closure. The color is beautiful, but sadly I will be returning the item

Off-Color

I purchased the Turquoise Color of this Tote Bag and I love the size (large) and how well made the handbag is including the hardware. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the hue of the color is off as mentioned with other customers' reviews. The color is Turquoise, but it is a "very dull, not bright" turquoise color, but it will serve my purpose. I would recommend this handbag for anyone to purchase, but beware that the color that you are expecting it to be according to what is featured on the website might not end up close to what you are anticipating.

The colors are off.

The product itself is nice. The color is totally off. I wanted a purple bag so I ordered lilac. The tag said lilac but my bag is more of a reddish-brown.

This Is The One!

If you want a handbag that is uniquely different, this is the one. The hardware, construction and design does not follow the cookie cutter pattern of other companies. Proper packaging and a dustcover is a plus. Eco friendly vegetable dying, comfortable to wear, beautiful leather and enough compartments for your necessities.

It's RED, not lilac/purple

Excellent quality, interior layout wonderful. But it's RED. Completely red, not a hint of purple/lilac.

Cute leather bag!

Real leather which is nice! Cute pattern, kind of aged looking. Wider opening at top which is good if you don't like the narrow satchel type openings. I selected the lilac color and it is far more red than lilac or purple which is a bummer, luckily the person I bought it for likes red.
