Not working & cannot self-adjust the strap

pro: It's pretty. cons: it's not working and I had to go the mfr.'s website only to find out I cannot self adjust the strap. I have to go to a jeweler. I didn't buy this expecting I'd have to make a trip to a jeweler for a new battery and to adjust the strap. I'm returning it.
