the watch strap was nice but now what I ordered. I ordered a band in multicolor, size S/M. The band that was sent to me was Hawaiian flowers with the man sized strap. Come on, Macys!

Wrong Item sent and never got a response

I have ordered this watch band twice now and they have sent the incorrect one both times. I reached out to the seller through Macy's website and to Macy's customer service, no response or resolution from either source. So, it was just another return. What a disappointment in their customer service overall.
