I ordered the watch but never received the watch.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered this watch on August 20th. It was no longer in stock so I requested a refund, which as of today, October 8th I did not receive. I did receive a delivery notification. What I did not receive was a package with the watch in it. It is not anywhere in the front of my house, on the table labeled for packages by my front door, and my camera showed no one delivering a package to my house on October 8th.
