An answer would’ve been nice

Purchased an item and it went on sale 2 days later. Asked Macy’s to adjust the price. They said since it’s a 3rd party seller, they’d send an email to Olivia Pratt requesting the adjustment and they’d respond by email with an answer. It’s been weeks. No Answer and no price adjustment. This should’ve been a simple process.
