Results Aren't Great

I purchased this device in May and have been using it as directed on my underarms since that time. According to the instructions, if you follow the hair removal schedule laid out, 6 months later I should be in maintenance and not still growing a bunch of hair under my arms. Well, I'm still having to use the device several time a week and I'm still shaving often. I had such high hopes for this device, but it hasn't worked the way it's described. For reference, I'm Caucasian and was instructed to use level 2 based on the skin test performed with the device. After 4 months of not really noticing much change in the hair, I have now been using it on level 3. Not sure if that's made a difference, but I have noticed that the hair coming in is a bit finer now, but it's by no means close to being gone or even at the "maintenance" phase. For the cost, I expected this product to work much better. At this point, I'm disappointed with the results.

Beware, you might not get a new device.

I thought I was buying a new item, but it was used. It was missing 313 clicks. I tried to return and since it have to go through the vender and not Macys it turned into a hassle, gave up and kept it.
