It's terrible not being able to exchange

It's absurd that you can't exchange something you bought online. The sweater is huge, and it's also very wide.

Weird sizing.

Nice sweater but size is not consistent. I usually wear a large and I bought a medium in this sweater. Sleeve length is perfect but the sweater is boxy. For reference I am 5’4” and weight about 138.
