BEAUTIFUL AND SO COOL

Today I was so excited when I received the mugs. I'm having a party the following day. Opened the box and pulled out two and they are so cool and the right weight. Unfortunately, the 3rd mug I opened was chipped. My smile turned into a sad face. Can't give this a 5 star. The shipping box along with the box containing the mugs were both in excellent shape. It appears someone gave me a chip mug. Poor customer service. I'm returning today. I didn't have the option to replace. Poor website service.
