Smallest Size 7 I’ve Ever Bought

The ring is beautiful. I like its simplicity. But it is the smallest size 7 I have ever purchased. I generally like to wear about a 7 to a 71/2. But not this ring. I had to take it to a jeweler to have it resized. But I still love the ring it was just a little more expensive with the sizing than I had anticipated.

empty box

Very disappointed in Macys and customer service with this item. The package arrived with an empty box inside of it. After calling and finally getting a live person on the phone, 35 minutes later, I was told they would send email to make a claim. The email I received tells me I cannot make a claim because the item was delivered. Call again and was told the same thing that they would send an email and I would be able to get further assistance with my claim. Total runaround and I’m out the cost of the ring. Doubt I will purchase anything from Macys any time soon.
