Time out not working

I bought this a couple of days ago and doesn’t time out at all. Is there something wrong? I also find handkerchief very hard to grip.

Downsides

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Although I can feel a noticeable difference in cleanliness after using my electric toothbrush in comparison to my regular toothbrush, there are some downsides that I cannot leave out. Firstly, charging takes too long for how much a battery lasts. My toothbrush needs to charge for around 24 hours and I can brush my teeth with it four times before it tells me that it's empty which is inconvenient because that means that I still need to brush with a regular toothbrush every couple of days while it charges. The second downside is that it is very prone to housing mold. I didn't realize how much mold was in my toothbrush until yesterday meaning that I have been putting mold in my mouth for quite some time now. The toothbrush does her job flawlessly but these are things that can really affect user experience.

Improvements Needed

I bought this a while ago and unfortunately the toothbrush bristles are hard and not soft at all. It’s known that brushes should be soft as its doctor recommended. Whenever I replace the head every once in a while my gum bleeds and it makes me so mad. If I knew I wouldn’t purchase it in the first place but I thought it’s a suitable option for sensitive teeth. I would’ve been happy if I was able to replace it as it’s not cheap, not to mention that I have to buy the head brush every time. Also, the small wholes makes it hard to clean and toothpaste residue remains inside, thus it would make it unhygienic. Lastly, the battery life doesn’t last that long as mentioned.

Slippery When Wet

I've been using the Vitality range forever, but upgraded to this for the pressure warning. It was great but definitely slippery when it gets wet. Unfortunately after 5 months of use it slipped out of my hands hit the floor and cracked, which means water will get in, so I'll have to replace it, this time something with rubber grips. Really annoyed about that, so I only gave it 3 stars, but it would have been a 5 otherwise.

DOES NOT CONNECT!

DOES NOT CONNECT! I've tried several phones, Google and Apple, just don't connect. Junk. Avoid this product.

Received as a gift. The charge is supposed to last "at least two weeks" but I found the time decreases more and more and am now recharging after 8 or 9 days already!! I'm wondering if it is possible to replace the battery once it is not rechargeable any more?

Let down by handle

Great toothbrush in most respects but the handle becomes slippery in use because it has a hard plastic shiney surface. It needs a softer irregular handle for better grip.
