Beautiful, thick rug... but plan for the box!

Bought this rug in the 10' by 13' size and it is even prettier in person. The other reviewer's comments on the colors are correct. The colors are muted, not too bright... looks almost vintage. The blue around the border is a little more pronounced than I would have preferred, but that's just me. The plushness of it (1" thick pile) is wonderful. Quality seems excellent. Some advice: the rug came came folded in a BOX! Yes, a 10' by 13' thick rug came in a BOX. We had to hire someone to help us get it unboxed and laid out. Now we're going to have to get them to come back and reposition it now that it's fallen out a bit. My suggestion is that you unbox it, roll it and let it sit for a week or so before installing. A pain, but worth the wait/trouble. Wish I'd done this. :)

So glad I bought this rug!

So beautiful in person, a thick, looped pile wool rug. The red is not brownish or dark, it's actually a soft medium-light red. Vacuums nicely and tolerates furniture and pets. Pulls the entire living room together.
