The sales rep provided excellent customer service. There was a 60% off the regular price of the rug we selected. It arrived when expected. Excellent quality rug. Highly recommend Macy’s rug department.

The only reason this rug even gets 1 Star is because the colors went beautifully with another rug I bought from the same company otherwise would give 0 stars The day I bought it yarns were shedding I thought the shedding would stop after a vacuum or 2 like new carpet does Only got worse over the next year constant yarns shedding onto my hardwood floors I called Macy’s and they said I had to call the manufacturer because “ they weren’t responsible” I finally got around to calling the manufacturer several months later The representative asked if I used a Shark or Dyson vacuum and that I should never do this (no help what so ever) I use a Shark which is a fairly standard vacuum This rug should come with a warning: “If you have pets and actually live in your home, do not buy this rug” And stupid me bought 2 of them

Perfect Addition
This is beautifully made rug. It is thick and luxurious. The colors and pattern transcends traditional to modern decor. I have had two area rugs in this same Andorra green and with a recent move needed to add a rug to an open, adjoining area with an angled shape. This round rug was perfect fit and an addition to the other visible rugs.
