Blender lid fails to lock
The lid on the blender jar fails to stay in place once the blender is turned on. As soon as it begins working, the lid moves around the rounded jar. The lid on this model does not lock into place. I am referring to the lid on the blender jar, not to the food chopper jar. The lid comes with no means to lock into place; it fails to seal the jar. This is the opposite of my old Oster model, with a square jar (16 speed). Too expensive for a defective item. Not recommended.

Food processor a disappointment!
I have always owned an Oster blender, and was very excited when I came across this Blender/food processor combo. Unfortunately, my excitement was short lived. After the third or fourth time using it to make bean dip, one of the lid locks broke off. It was also then that I noticed a crack on the bottom side of the jar. I am very disappointed in the food processor, Oster. I have not experienced any issues with the blender, and hope that I don’t. My last Oster blender lasted many, many years!

Blender fine Food Processor TERRIBLE
I bought and used this for about a year the blender is fine works well for all my needs but the food processor is underpowered and extremely fragile. It barely stayed together and I continued to use it after it cracked now it is totally destroyed.

Great Replacement for our previous Oster blender
Has the right amount of speeds. Like the 6 cup glass jar for family use. Food chopper works great.

instructions?
I just bought this today and there are no directions on how to use the food processor. The directions for the blender were vague at best. Can I get detailed instructions on how to use the food processor???

Good blender
I bought this last March, and it was all great and dandy. I only use it maybe once every 3 months or so. I brought it out last week to make some salsa with the food processor and for some reason I could not put the plastic lid on, then I noticed the jar was warped, so the lid was not fitting correctly. I have looked all over the website and no replacement jar available. What a waste and substandard performance by a brand I grew with and believe to be of great quality. So disappointing.

Blender works fine, but the food processor is a pr
The adapter for the food processor works then jams and stops working with a whirling sound. After disassembling and reassembling it will work for a few seconds then jams again with the motor whirling. I don't believe it's safe to operate the procesor. The shaft on the adapter will not turn. The procesor Model number is BLSTCCH154T2 and worked fine for the three years we used it, but I believe Oster has a 10 guarantee warranty on these blenders.

Amazing Blender, and Food Processor Combo
I absolutely love, love, love this blender and food processor. Recently my Food processor attachment broke. I am trying to find a replacement but I haven’t had any luck. Please Oster help me. Can you please reach out to me via email.
