Need to return the OtterBox cellphone cover
It prevents the digital signal for navigation from phone to Garmin watch. I want to return, but OtterBox will not send my return request for a return label.

Great product
Have used many different cases but none seem to hold up to the work I do like otterbox. I have sent many back with free replacements they really stand behind there products.

Not Happy
The case is too big. The front looks pink and purple, not red and blue. It will not charge wirelessly. Not very happy. I miss Lifeproof. I never had any problems with any of their cases. Otter Box does not live up to their reputation.

Hello, Larry! We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. The Defender and Defender Pro Series case are compatible with wireless charging, but do not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider! Not Red $ Blue
Not red and blue. Flag stripes are accurate, and it looks red in the picture online, out of the box it’s clearly purple and pink. Will be returning promptly for a refund. Picture is very deceiving.
