I tested a dark grey plush, yet very durable hall length one and it looks great and takes day to day life in stride. It resists pet hair and dirt. It vacuums easily and spills wipe up with no problem. The slip stop backing keeps it safely in place. I love the fact that it protects my hardwood floors all while adding warmth and style to my home.

It also doesn't show stains which is a big plus. It fits in my washing machine for easy washing. I recommend this area rug.
