Please don’t buy it

Please don’t buy this Chaise Lounge. The quality is extremely disappointing. We ordered this chaise from Macy’s on 8/30/2025 and received it about a week later. It has been placed on our covered patio, protected from rain and weather. Despite this, just recently we discovered that one of the wooden pieces had already broken. My husband and I have barely used this chair, so this was very surprising. The construction feels very cheap and not what we expected from Macy’s. I contacted both Macy’s and the manufacturer, and neither was willing to repair or accept a return. I always believed Macy’s stood behind the quality of the products they sell, but this experience proved me wrong. Unfortunately, they are selling low-quality items just like big-box discount stores. If you don’t want to waste your money, please avoid this product.
