Ok quality material

Missing some parts, unable to finish the protect

I was very difficult to put together , my husband got so ticked off he threw it in the trash. parts didn't fit ,explanation was not complete. Very poorly designed that made it impossible to assemble..So a cute item for my flowerbed filled with tulips will never be. and the money spent thrown in the trash!!!
