Love this porch swing

Wanted a new porch swing for awhile. This porch swing went on sale and it definitely did not disappoint. Very good quality, thick wood, nice heavy duty chains. I've been using it now for 2 months and love it. So glad I picked this swing out of all the ones that went on sale.

Great quality and easy to assemble

This porch swing arrived well boxed with great instructions. The swing is very sturdy and easily assembledThe swing came semi-assembled with the individual slats for the seat and back already secured to the frame. The cup holder was also pre-assembled as 1 piece.Basically your only assembly required is to secure the arms and hang the hardware, which was also included with the swing.I stained the swing before assembly using exterior solid color paint. I can tell that this swing will give me years of enjoyment.Great buy! Highly recommended

Nice quality swing

The swing comes mostly assembled (seat and back have all slats attached), but you need to attach fold down cup holder, back to seat, and arms. It's very sturdy and comes with heavy duty chains and carabiners. The cup holder is good for bottle or can, but most cups would be too big. It's wide enough for three thin individuals. I'd recommend it to others.

Cute!

The part that really appealed to us about this porch swing is the tilt-down table for drinks and a snack.? It's cute and gives the swing a little more eye appeal.? Very sturdy and looks good on our porch.? The only reason I am giving the swing 4 stars is that the chains were too short for hanging comfortably on our porch.? We had to buy extension chains, which isn't a huge deal - but consider that potential additional expense when considering this swing.

Cute but some flaws

The swing is really cute once you put it together, which the screws for the middle slats are short so I needed help to get those in & definitely not enough chain. Also be careful on the cup holder, it randomly opened & smashed my daughters finger...& yes it is tightened but still falls.

Well made, easy assembly

Upon receiving I unpacked swing and waited a few months before staining to allow wood to dry out some, I used Thompson's water seal Timber Oil "cedar transparent". Swing comes in four pieces I found it much easer to stain individual pcs before assembling, very easy to bolt swing component's together.
