Amazing Customer Service

This product shipped super fast and although we had parts that were missing the customer service team was amazing handling the situation! I contacted customer service after noticing we had missing parts and they were so courteous and helpful. They will ship the replacement parts in just a few days. I highly recommend this product!

Incorrect piece for corner chair assembly

one of the piece for the corner chair is not correct, holes don't line up.

Looks good for the price but...

This set takes quite a while to put together- mostly because you have to screw a million screws in with an allen wrench. Once you have it together, the wicker looks pretty nice. I appreciate how thick the cushions are- not flimsy and true to the photos. BUT they are super firm and not comfortable. The sides and back are not very high because the cushions are so thick. Overall, it looks good for the price but not comfortable to lounge on. If I had know this I would not have purchased.
