Not the quality I expected from Macy’s

Sadly, I had to return this item. I ordered 3 sets, or 6 chairs. I put together one of them to make sure they suited my needs. The instructions were just pictures and not words, so that was a little challenging for me. It took a while to assemble. The wicker wasn’t what I expected Macys quality to be. I understand it’s a third-party, but they should be vetted. The wicker had end pieces just sticking out, the cushions weren’t thick at all (I would have had to buy all new cushions) and the overall quality wasn’t great. I gave it two stars because the return process was so easy and the Macy’s employees were a joy to work with. There were 7 heavy boxes and they were kind and willing to work through the process to get me refunded.
