Do not buy this chair

Do not buy this chair, we spent 6 hours trying to put it together and the bottom pieces for the mechanism will not connect period. Had to send it back! Terrible instructions and parts.

Horrible Product

This product is TERRIBLE! The instructions have no words and diagrams that one must stare at for a long while to understand. The tools are miniature and cause blistering in the fingers from excessive use. I've attached a photo. The seat cushions are not what was advertised and very thin and cheap. The back is too short making your head hang back It defeats the purpose of reclining. This took 3hrs to build . Horrible . I bought the pair and regret it . I would like a full refund. The product in life does not match its description. Do not purchase this. Also shame on Macy's for even selling it .

This chair is comfortable. Be cautious with how you recline. The cushions are too thin.
