Misleading product description

In the product description it state the following:Set of 2 Stylish Rattan Chairs: A classic staple of outdoor furniture, our patio rocking chairs can provide form and function. Designed to pair with any patio, this pretty porch rocker set features soft, cozy tones and a handwoven, rustic, natural look. Only one chair arrived and customer service is not wanting to send the other chair or compensate accordingly.
