Horrible experience

I never received my package. UPS didn't deliver the package to me. I was home plus have cameras. They claimed I refused the package and returned to sender. After contacting UPS they acknowledged it was there fault but said I needed to contact Macy's and have them call UPS to intercept the package to be sent back to me. I called Macy's and the gentleman I spoke to claimed after I explained the situation several times to him that he was so sorry and will take care of it. He said because it would take him about an hour that he would give me a call in approximately an hour. About four hours later when I didn't here from him I called UPS to ask if the package was intercepted and they said Macy's never contacted them. Then I spent an hour arguing with UPS to intercept the package on my behalf and send it to me. Unfortunately I was going through all this because the ring I purchased was no longer in stock at Macy's so I couldn't just have Macy's send me a new one. UPS refused and said only Macy's could have the package intercepted. I called Macy's again. The lady that I spoke to at first acted very apologetic and said she would fix this. She put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back on the phone said something that was completely different than what I called about. I asked if she even listened to what I explained was the situation. I explained several more times what is going on. She then said she will call UPS and then call me right back. I told her the last Macy's rep said they would call me back but never did or contacted UPS. She said she would call me right back. I believe it was 5-6 hour later she called and left a voicemail. She did not intercept the package. This entire experience was horrible and I really wanted this ring but because both companies dropped the ball I lose out.

Worse buy ever

This ring is just a big white dull stone! Not a opal! No sparkle! Worse buy ever! Don’t waste you money on it! A total joke!

Pretty ring

I have wanted an opal ring forever because it is my birthstone. I am very happy with the ring! The opal sparkles with color. I ordered a size 5 and it fits perfect. Very nice.

The ring broke in less then a month

It is a beautiful ring but too fragile, the stone is about to fall because one of the four tiny silver metals that holdings it broke. PROBABLY WILL RETURN IT IR EXCHANGE IT
