Rude Customer Service

The earrings were beautiful. However when I went to pick up the earrings and the other items I was told I had to run upstairs to the jewelry section where I was met with extremely rude customer service. The women who you have working in the jewelry department in the South Hills Village location are rude and acted like it was a burden to help me find the items i purchased. In fact I was there with my daughter on 12/26 to get her watch that my husband purchased at Macys resized. The woman’s attitude was so nasty I decided against buying another watch. Her attitude lost you a sale.

Overpriced and Undersized

The 10K gold hoop earrings are extremely small, much smaller than expected, and definitely not worth the price. For 10K gold, the size and value just don’t match. I’m very disappointed.

Over charged for these on sale earrings

I just ordered these hoop earrings and when the total cost for the them appeared they did not give me credit for the gift card. In an attempt to check there is no mechanism to correct this error.

Very thin, the clasp is very difficult to close. I will return them.
