Over charged for these on sale earrings

I just ordered these hoop earrings and when the total cost for the them appeared they did not give me credit for the gift card. In an attempt to check there is no mechanism to correct this error.

My review on the hoop earrings.

The earring is nicely made, the material is good. I would recommend them to others. The only issue that I had with them is that the are more for a child then an adult because they are somewhat small.

didn’t lasted

The clasp for lock the earring does not clip. Bought these in Dec 2023. To return them has expired in Jan 2024. Would like a contact for seller of the company.
