Disappointed with quality

The quality is not what was expected according to the description. Not sure if it was defective but it did not heat evenly and turned off and on with no way to control temperature or cooking time. It was not a good product at all. The metal plates were rough on the sides. Very disappointed and frustrated with the item. Now to have to return it is another problem and issue to deal with.

Great griddle

I just love it got it for a Christmas gift and been using it three or four times a week easy to clean and it don't take up alot of space

Not worth the purchase

I wouldn't even give it 1 star, on the second use, the buttons burned down and it lasted less than 2 months. I didn't even use it every day.
