Sad

It already got dinged on the top and broken clip fresh out of the box so it went back to the box and return.. it was a sad day.. but kinda glad I didn’t use it. Who knows what disappointment could come next.

I got the returned one from someone; when I asked if I can exchange for a new one un-opened the store don't have them so I returned it on the spot. Very poor customer service since I had to wait for a while to get someone to help

poor design

This is one hassle to clean as the plates don’t come off! You have to scrape stuff off like cheese but risk scratching the surface. The design does not fit most breads that are slightly thicker and burns them. Till now Dave’s thin slice is the only one that worked for me.
