Not too happy with this item.

Countertop Electric Double Burner with Adjustable Temperature Control- Controls letters erase very easily. It is difficult to gauge the temperature since the control buttons can't be read. The burners make noise too.

One knob harder to turn than other.

We are having a problem with one of the knobs sticking

Burners turn off spontaneously

Both burners spontaneously turn off in the middle of cooking. You can't have both on, or both will turn off. The burners have ridges that are difficult to clean.
