great for hard-to-reach places

I have not used it for gout, but I have used it for cleaning corners and other hard-to-reach places. It does a great job. The brush is very sturdy. The handle is covered in rubber, making it comfortable in my hand. The bristles are stiff and seem like they will last a while.
