Amazing kitchen tool from a trustworthy brand!

I love all of my Oxo kitchen gadgets!!! This is a brand you can trust they hold up well they are very comfortable to use. They’re all easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But if you don’t have a mandolin, it’s the tool you never knew you needed!!! I don’t mess around trying to evenly slice fruit and veggies with a knife anymore -I keep my mandolin in the top drawer and use it for everything! adjustable thickness and perfect consistent slices every time!

Good but over engineered

Works fine but over-engineered. Also the instructions were confusing and the plastic is hard to clean. I would have been happier with stainless steel and a simpler design.

Blade Replacement

I had inquired with OXO the options on replacing or sharpening the blade on my current OXO mandolin. OXO replaced my entire slicer and I was VERY HAPPY!!

Great versatile product

Great product. Makes cutting vegetables so easy. And quicker. You must use the safety vegetable holder so you don’t get cut and slice your hand. Easy to clean. I put mine on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

Excellent!

Really please with the oxo v-blade mandolin. It’s taken what was a tool that always felt like it was moments away from biting you and made it as safe as possible. The on board storage is well thought out and for a fairly complicated tool, they’ve done as much as possible to make it easy to disassemble for cleaning. Look forward to using it more.

Great for small spaces

Super compact easy to use. Definitely always use the handle. It provides not to cut yourself. It is sharp. It is precise. I even get to cut deli meat with it.
