It’s very nice.

Leaves zero sharp edges — this is the main win. Lid comes off clean, no metal shards in food. Comfortable grip, smooth turning. Easy to lift the lid without touching sharp metal. Feels solid and well-built.

Although I did receive an OXO can opener, I did not receive the item pictured which is what I wanted. When I sent an email about it, I got no response.

Was NOT sent the can opener in the picture!

I was very frustrated & had to return the can opener because the one Macy’s sent me was nothing like the one in the picture which I paid for. Not sure why they would think it was ok to send something else in place of the item I actually paid for that was displayed online in pics. The one in the picture is the one I personally own! And works well & I wanted to buy the same one for my grandmother who has 2 that don’t work. But I was sent one like what she has that doesn’t even work.
