Not user friendly

This product looks good but it is very difficult to assemble, load the salt or pepper (peppercorns went everywhere) , and holds a very small amount of salt or pepper. Not worth the effort. Don't waste your time or money. I sent them back.

Disappointed

This product looks great but the salt grinder is not working when I first received this package. Need to contact Macy's because I threw away the original box.

Great grinders, short life!

I love this item. I am actually trying another model out because my salt is not working. I have cleaned it thoroughly, fresh batteries and the grinder must have died. Not to happy, it’s maybe 3.5-4 years old. The black grinder has a lot of life left in it. What a bummer!
