device connector broke easily

the connector component to the electronic broke off within one day.

Garbage

These headphones didn't last but 20 minutes my 7 yr old went to flip the mic down and it broke off .. crazy don't waste your money on these ..

Poor Quality

Bought this on Packard Bell's good name, but unfortunately this is likely a holding company producing substandard hardware. The USB connector never worked, and the 3.5mm speaker and mic connectors did not fit any of my devices properly, which resulted in staticy/crackly audio quality.

Incredible

This headset is amazing. The sound is incredible, they’re super comfortable and keep your ears warm. There is nothing wrong with these and they have LED lights in them. Super cool!
