Great hoodie

My husband's favorite!

He loves these hoodies and has them in several colors! Why? They are fitted, not boxy and without tassels. They also hold their shape well.

Love!

I originally bought the men's size hoodie before they had the woman size available. Both are a nice soft brushed fleece inside. I do prefer the woman's fit over the men's. In the women's, I wore a large and in the men's, I wore a small. Have bought multiple colors now in the women's hoodie. Highly recommend! I only hope more vibrant colors come out.

Received wrong item! Taking forever to resolve!

Ordered a hoodie, received a t shirt. 3rd party taking forever to resolve. Macys is just an AI passthrough no real "customer service" on Macy's part. Getting frustrated with an order made well in advance of Christmas still no resolve.

Great item but. . . .

I wish Pact offers items in tall for men. I have two tall teenagers and with the items being almost 100% cotton, we need the extra length in the arms and legs.
