Rusty Chain

Got this necklace for a Christmas present. I’ve only worn it twice and the chain is already changing colors to a rust look. It is very disappointing that I can’t return it. The quality of the chain is horrible. I would like to request assistance from Macy’s on how we can resolve this issue. Very disappointed!

look good but feeds
