Damaged

Order 2 packs, total of 4 stools. 3 out of the 4 seats have damage. One is significantly damaged and can’t be salvaged. Will have to return 1 pack, and keep 1 pack with the less damaged seats. I am not risking purchasing another pack and paying for shipping.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, although I loved the stools, one arrived damaged. Macys could not send me a replacement because it came from a third party. I was forced to return BOTH stools in order to get my $$ back and than I would need to reorder. This is not convenient for the customer at all.
