What was the point of ordering?

Ordered over a week ago. Label created. Hasn't moved-physically shipped. Have called customer service. No help. Their claim is it will be here by tomorrow. This was supposed to be a birthday present. Disappointed.

not receive a Pandora for each of my bracelets

purchase 3 bracelets however I only received one Pandora box for all of the bracelets . customer service and they said they won’t send the rest of the boxes for each of my purchases. Not happy at all.
